- Professional and Technical Expertise
- Service co-ordination
- Knowledge of brand products and services (imperative)
- Good customer relationships and orientation
- Ability to handle customer queries/complaints
- Team player
General experience and knowledge of:
- ELSA Pro
- Automate
- DMS
- I Partner
- Two years+ in a technical environment
